Free temporary email address

What is a temporary email address?

A temporary email address is a disposable inbox you can use instead of your real email when a site asks for one. GoMail creates one for you instantly, with no sign-up. It receives mail for 30 minutes, and each message is deleted 30 minutes after it arrives, so spam and marketing never reach your own inbox.

How it works

  1. 1

    Copy your address

An address is ready the moment the page opens. Click it or press Copy.

  2. 2

    Use it to sign up

Paste it into any sign-up form, free trial or download page that asks for an email.

  3. 3

    Read the mail here

Messages appear in the inbox within seconds. Verification codes are pulled out so you can copy them in one click.

When to use a disposable email

  • Free trials and newsletter sign-ups you don’t want to hear from again
  • Guides and downloads that sit behind an email form
  • One-time verification and confirmation codes
  • Testing the sign-up emails of an app you’re building

When to use your real email instead

  • Banking, shopping or anything with payment details
  • Accounts you’ll need to recover later, since reset emails go to an address that expires
  • Anything private, because anyone using the same free address can read its mail

Is it safe to open emails here?

Yes. Every email opens in a sandbox that blocks scripts, and remote images stay hidden until you choose to load them, so senders can’t tell when you read their message. Addresses only receive mail; you can’t send from them. For anything you need to keep, use your real email or a Pro address.
